Mmm...Monday! Meet the Brown-Eyed Baker!

If you EVER are in charge of dessert, be it cookies or otherwise, look no further than The Brown-Eyed Baker.  Seriously.  She does have some breads and main dishes/appetizers, too...y'know, real food?  :)  But she has a TON of ice creams, cookies, cakes and frostings, brownies, cobblers, pastries, puddings, pies, tarts, and scones...anything you need to satisfy your sweet tooth.  I'm going to share two cookie recipes today that I just LOVE, both of which I made last week for Activity Days (with extras at home) and both of which were completely gone in 24 hours.

THE PEANUT BUTTER SNICKERS COOKIE!

I love me some peanut butter, anyway...but adding chocolate chips and chopped-up Snickers to an already delicious PB cookie is almost too much!  These cookies are HUGE.  And chewy.  And full of peanut butter-chocolatey-gooey-caramel goodness.  They didn't last long in our house...

But, if PB isn't your thing, then try this...

THE TRIPLE CHOCOLATE OREO CHUNK COOKIE!

These cookies are just as HUGE as the other ones.  :)  The "triple chocolate" is a chocolate dough with both white and semi-sweet chocolate chips!  And the piece de resistance?  Chopped up Oreos!  They lose their crunch during baking, but not their flavor, which make these cookies just about the chocolate-y-est cookies EVER.  And, if you follow her tips on taking the cookies out when only the outsides are just starting to set, these cookies are the softest cookies I've ever made.  Just be sure to have milk close by!

Seriously, check her out.  You're welcome.  :)
