Aren't they delicious-looking? And they taste even better! I doubled the recipe, made slighly smaller balls than she said to, and I got 3 1/2 dozen cookies out of it. Word to the wise: it says to cook them 'til the edges are browned, but I started taking them out before that because otherwise the edges are a little too crispy for my taste. If you leave it on the pan to cool for a few minutes longer, it'll set just fine. So I cooked them for about 10-11 minutes MAX.
With the leftover stuff (I didn't have the recipe with me when I bought ingredients, so I had too much cream cheese and extra chocolate chip minis and cookies), I made some MINI CHEESECAKES.
If you go to that link, I basically followed the recipe exactly for the chocolate swirl ones except halved it all to make 9 mini cheesecakes...and I added a touch of vanilla, and instead of swirling big chocolate chips I just added minis to the batter and sprinkled a few more on top. I had no idea cheesecake could be so good--and so easy!
SOOOOOOO yummy. And now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go get SOOOOOOO fat. :)
