$3 Closet Lighting

When I find something kinda awesome, I like to share it.

We were sick of trying to find our shoes in the dark abyss that is our coat closet.

This is how dark it actually was.  Insert creepy horror music here!

So, probably inspired by something I saw on Pinterest and forgot all about, we set out for Dollar Tree.  Two touch lights ($1/piece), a 12-pack of AA batteries (also $1), and two nails later, and:

Now we can find the matches to our shoes with ease.  Problem solved in half an hour, for $3, with no major electrical rennovations necessary.  We win!
