You just boil several kinds of pasta (I made a wacky mac plastic bin that holds a TON of mini rotini, mini shells, mini bowtie pasta, and macaroni...I tried to find just wheels, too, but no such luck). Then add a little milk or, for extra thick/cheesiness, evaporated milk (maybe 1/3 cup for every cup of pasta), and some 1-inch cubes of Velveeta (maybe 6 ounces worth). It's yummy! Extra cheesy, and it's nice to have Velveeta for other things...like my childhood favorite, cheese peas. :)
Also, Caida and I love to bake together when she's here. We tried out this AMAZING coconut/chocolate chip/macadamia nut cookie recipe, and it is quite possibly my new favorite cookie. :) You should try it, too. It's easy and YUMMY! Although, watch the bake time--even with the larger cookies we made the second time around, our cookies were done in 12 minutes instead of the 17 she suggested! And if you make them smaller, you can make about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
