Small Victories!

I was so proud of myself last night.  Every Tuesday I have dinner with my mom and sister.  We all love dessert.  But despite several options at Mom's house and both of them trying to talk me into eating "just one" cookie or ice cream bar, I resisted!  (And that was no small feat!)  GO ME!
